By purchasing or using a Guardix Hosting service, you agree to follow the current service terms, acceptable use requirements, and policies shown on this website or through the client panel.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, API secrets, bot tokens, or access credentials.
3. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, abusive automation, attacks, spam, or content that disrupts Guardix systems or other customers.
4. Service availability
Guardix works to keep services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream issues, security events, or circumstances outside Guardix control may affect availability.
5. Resource use
Customers must remain within the limits of the purchased plan. Guardix may request an upgrade, restrict a service, or suspend activity that creates an unreasonable risk to platform stability.
6. Suspension and termination
Guardix may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, policy violations, abuse, security risk, or activity that threatens the platform. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as Guardix Hosting changes. The version published on this website is the current version.
